U-Seal - A brushable, cement based, waterproof coating which protects and decorates concrete and masonry surfaces, above or below grade. Available in white or gray.
Specifications

U-Trowel - A cement based waterproof stucco applied by trowel over properly prepared masonry and concrete surfaces. One coat provides a high density finish in a wide variety of textures. Available in white or gray. Other colors are available when mixed with Add Mix-35 Colors.

U-Trowel Basecoat - A blend of cement, aggregates and alkaline resistant fibers applied by trowel over a variety of surfaces (including galvanized wire lath) as a basecoat for U-Trowel.

Styrocoat - A cement-based, polymer-modified basecoat for synthetic stucco finishes. Applied by trowel, Styrocoat embeds fiberglass reinforced mesh fabric over expanded polystyrene insulation board and cement board.

Finish-Coat - A 100% acrylic-based, aggregate-textured, synthetic stucco applied over properly prepared expanded polystyrene insulation board, concrete, masonry, exterior-grade plywood, plaster and stucco surfaces. Finish-Coat is ready to use and available in a variety of colors.

Siloxane 12 - An exterior-grade, clear, deep-penetrating, solvent-based water repellent (12% Solids) applied over untreated masonry and concrete surfaces.

Siloxane 20 - An exterior-grade, clear, deep-penetrating, solvent-based water repellent (20% Solids) applied over untreated masonry and concrete surfaces.

Transeal - An all purpose, solvent based sealer for use on masonry and concrete surfaces. Transeal protects and highlights the natural beauty of the surface being coated. Transeal is available in Clear (gloss), Matte (semi-gloss) and in the standard colors as shown below.

Transeal WB - An interior/exterior, durable, waterborne acrylic sealer applied over properly prepared masonry and concrete surfaces. Transeal WB is low odor making it an ideal sealer to use for interior applications. Transeal WB is available in Clear (gloss) and in a variety of colors.

Elastoflex - A flexible, elastomeric, waterproof coating which can bridge hairline cracks. Elastoflex is available in 10 Colors.

Elastomeric Sealant Caulk - A high performance elastomeric caulk which adheres to masonry, wood, asphalt, metal and vinyl for use in a wide variety of roofing and general construction applications. May be applied to damp or oily surfaces regardless of temperature. Available in 8 colors.

Ultra-Seal - A clear brushable, rubber like sealant for use in a wide variety of general construction and roofing applications. Ultra-Seal adheres to masonry, concrete, wood, asphalt and metal surfaces. May be applied to damp or oily surfaces regardless of temperature.

Mortar Joint Repair - A siliconized, water based acrylic sealant designed to repair cracks in mortar, block or any other cementitious surface. Easy to apply with a standard caulk gun.

Intraseal - Intraseal is a penetrating water-based reactive siliconate solution specifically designed for protecting concrete floors against abrasion, dusting and spillage. Intraseal penetrates deeply creating an integral matrix that won't wear away. Intraseal imparts a low gloss, satin sheen with use without buffing. V.O.C. compliant.

Con-O-Lith - A chemical hardener and dustproofer for concrete. A solution of combination fluosilicates that reacts chemically with the free lime to make a more dense and durable surface. Con-O-Lith is an excellent dustproofer for old, worn, or problem dusting floors and is V.O.C. compliant.

EUCO DIAMOND HARD - sealer is a proprietary blend of siliconate polymers which penetrate concrete surfaces providing an increase in abrasion resistance and a reduction in the surface absorption of liquids. The product reacts with elements in the concrete surface to impart a low sheen which enhances the appearance of the concrete surface. EUCO DIAMOND HARD is water based and V.O.C. compliant. SUPER DIAMOND CLEAR - is a state-of-the-art curing and sealing compound specially designed to provide a quality cure and seal, while assuring total resistance to yellowing from ultraviolet exposure. This product is suitable for use on interior and exterior concrete surfaces. SUPER DIAMOND CLEAR has excellent bonding characteristics and forms a continuous, glossy membrane to make the surface resistant to dirt penetration and other staining. SURFHARD® - is a magnesium silicofluoride that reacts chemically with the free lime and calcium salts in hardened concrete to make a more dense and durable surface. It will effectively penetrate a concrete surface and make it hard, free from dusting and highly resistant to corrosion and abrasion. The addition of a patented penetrating agent to SURFHARD makes it possible for its penetrating properties and hardening action to proceed to a greater depth than with conventional hardeners.
